Which Jump session is right for you? 
Listed below are all the different jump sessions we have to offer, depending on the age of the attendees there's a session appropriate for you, but don't worry we have made it nice and simple.

Safety always comes first!
 All attendees must watch our Safety Briefing video, follow our Safety Rules, complete our Participation Declaration.  All attendees are also required to wear trampoline grip socks, this isn't only for hygiene purposes but also for safety too! 

Don't have any grip socks? not to worry! They can be purchased when booking your Jump session online or alternatively they can be bought at reception upon checking in.

UA Toddler

£6.50 per toddler
includes 1 free parent/guardian per toddler ticket

Under five? Gimme 'five'... toddlers love it! 
When it comes to jumping, toddlers can't get enough. When have you ever seen a toddler remain still? Trampolining is a fun way of building your child's strength, agility and motor skills, whilst also helping towards their sense of belonging, well-being and positive mental attitude. All of which are achieved and performed in a safe and motivational space while you get the chance to meet the parents. 

Enjoy 120 minutes of pure toddler entertainment with a fun session packed with songs, games, toys, colouring and not forgetting a squash and biscuit for the little one half way through!

UA Family

£7.00 per person 
under 5's and family members 

Perfect for parents with children under 5. 
Parents/Guardian must also jump right alongside them. If your family also has children older than 5 - you can also book them on too.
 As long as you bring an under 5, this session is for you! It just means you have to bounce with your family! 
Bounce together and you'll realise that family time really is important and that you can really learn to love again whilst learning some sensational new moves. Understandably, you could all end up arguing because it's flippin' competitive... Remember, to qualify for UA Family you must have an under 5 with you and everyone must pay and everyone must bounce!

UA Jump

Over 5's only 

It's a playground Jim, but not as we know it! Your kids don't have to eat a tonne of Smarties to have them bouncing off the walls, just bring them to UA Trampoline Park and they'll do it for real! 
Open to all ages (and that means you too), this adventure playground is packed to the rafters with 50 interconnected trampolines incorporating runways and tumble tracks where you can get up to a whole lot of vaulting and 'slam-dunkery' mischief, angled and banked walls to help with that 'flying through space' look, and a whole lot more besides. Have fun in a group or set yourself some solo routine goals.

UA Club

Over 5's only 

Our UA Crew will provide the ultimate cool experience, combining monumental basketball moves, and trampoline trickery, all with a big fat chunk of UA vibe chucked in! A club session will typically include a group warm up, followed by smaller group activities such as; trampoline moves, bouldering skills, a slam dunk master class, freestyle jump and cool down. UA Club is ran by our 1st Aid trained and qualified trampoline coaches.

The BIG 8 Benefits of UA CLUB for your kids: 
1. Teaches persistence It takes time to master specific skills on a trampoline, but because it's so much fun, kids will often persist until they get their moves absolutely right. 
2. Improves self-esteem As a child masters new skills on the trampoline they begin to gain confidence, which in turn translates into a better self-image. We follow the Winstrada trampolining syllabus (approved by Gymnastics UK) and we will offer the chance to gain awards and certificates in trampolining. 
3. Effects learning success As kids learn to control the movement of their body, it can help them to learn other things too. Because a trampoline teaches muscle control and coordination, many children see an improvement in their learning success when they use a trampoline regularly. 
4. Improves flexibility Jumping on a trampoline strengthens and lengthens muscles and improves flexibility. 
5. Develops motor skills When kids jump on a trampoline both sides of their brain and both sides of their body must work together to maintain coordination and balance when on a trampoline. This in turn helps increase their motor skills. 
6. Cardiovascular workouts Jumping on a trampoline increases a child's heart rate, giving them a great workout.
 7. Improved posture Along with improving kids balance, jumping on a trampoline can improve their posture. The trampoline floor is constantly moving and kids must be aware of their centre of gravity at all times. The balance they learn on a trampoline helps improve their balance in other activities too. 
8. Exercise in disguise Trampolining is exercise in disguise and is perfect for kids who don't like taking part in sports lessons or sports activities. A trampoline offers fun physical fitness for kids, a chance to move their body and exercise for a few minutes or more a day without them even realising, perfect!.

 Jump with us during term time on selected sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for UA Mid a session suitable for all ages, any under 5's are required to have 1 full paying parent/guardian to jump along side.

Fitness Classes

This is full-on, maximum-fun, build-muscle, haul-weight, slaughter-fat, low-impact training. It'll push your metabolism to the limit, zap calories, lift your lymphatic system, boost your ability to make muscle, and maximize your body's capacity for change. 
Enjoy top fitness instruction for a jet-fuelled 45 minutes that'll help with coordination, balance, flexibility! 

Rebounding exercise burns up to 1000 calories an hour -
 in fact, just 10 minutes of this shenanigans, is a more efficient cardiovascular workout than 30 minutes running on a treadmill.  It's true!

UA GROOVE 
Wednesdays 19:30


Put on your dancing socks and bounce along to the beat with this low impact class! UA Groove will improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen and tone the legs and increase your confidence on the trampolines. No high jumping, just fun, easy to follow routines to the catchiest tunes!

UA Sculpt

Sculpt a strong, lean physique and boost your confidence with UA Sculpt. Combining low impact bouncing to music with body weight strength and flow exercises you'll target all muscle groups, from the upper body to the legs, glutes and abs.
