A: We do! Our party packages are the best.. if we say so ourselves!

Q: What should I wear?


A: Clothes preferably. The comfy loose type and remove all sharp objects.
Q: Are socks required?


A: Most definitely. Only grip socks can be worn on the trampolines.
Our very own UA Gripper Socks can be purchased for a really tiny amount of money... from £2.50 then yours to keep!
Q: What is the PARTICIPANT DECLARATION Form?

It's a legal document to confirm that you accept the risks involved when bouncing on trampolines or when using any of the gear at UA Trampoline Park. 
 it's part of the registration process of our online booking system and will requested automatically, so don't worry about remembering, we will ask for it.
Q: What time should I arrive for my bounce session?

A: 5 minutes prior should be okay just so you have time to park, grab your wristband, get comfy in your UA Gripper Socks.
 When receiving your booking confirmation you will receive a link where you will be required to watch a short safety briefing video before filling in your Participant Declaration. So everything is sorted before you arrive!
Q: What changed have you made through Covid-19?

A: We have reduced our jumper capacity so there's more room to jump!
 We have a 15 minute gap between jump sessions to give us chance to clean and sanitise high contact areas.
Q: Is there a weight limit?


A: Our Trampolines have a 120kg/18st9lb weight restriction.
Q: Is there an age restriction?


A: Not particularly, it's more about your ability. Under 5s however must be accompanied by a participating adult and jump within specific sessions for toddlers and families.
Q: Do you have lockers?

We do! they are  a first come, first served basis you will need to bring your own padlock or borrow one from receptio
Q: Should I book in advance?

A: Yes, unless you don't mind arriving to find the Park is full and you have to go home again.

Q: Can I cancel?

A: Why would you even want to do such a crazy thing? But yes, if you really need to, you can cancel by giving at least 48 hours notice prior to your session and we'll arrange another date with you.
Q: Can I jump if I'm pregnant?


A: Errr no. Did you really just ask that question?
Q: Can I jump if I have a medical condition?

A: Obviously this would depend on the condition but in any case we would suggest you seek medical advice from your GP before booking any activity at the Park.
Q: Can I pay by credit/debit card?


A: You can! We accept all major credit 
and debit cards
Q: Can I bring my own food?


A: Why would you want to miss out on our sensational menu of fab food and ridiculously fun refreshments?  
We DO NOT allow any external food and drinks to be brought in and consumed onsite.
Q: How will I know what to do when I get there?

A: When you have parked up, jump into reception and our UA Crew will check you in and ensure that you have filled in your participant declaration and got your grip socks. Once you're all ready they'll advise you what's next. 
Q: Do you have sessions for those with special needs?

A: Yes we do. We offer rebound therapy

Q: What are your opening times?


A: UA is open Monday to Sunday during the school holidays. 
(Closed on Tuesday's during term time) Detailed opening times can be found on our timetable.
Q: Do you have FREE WiFi?


A: Yes, the WiFi is FREE to use.
Q: Can children visit without a parent or guardian?

 All trampoline users under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. UA Trampoline Park will not be held responsible for children left unattended.
Q: Do you charge for non-jumpers?

 A: Nope. Just come along and watch the fun, have some lunch and relax... and watch the fun... watch the fun... watch the fun. You want to join in now don't you?
Q: Do you have parking on site?

 A: Yes. A main car park in front then on street parking at the rear.
